1. Enrollment
To join the Capsadyn Affiliate Program, you must apply through our affiliate sign-up form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 20% commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and refunds) from new customers they refer via their unique affiliate link. Commissions are not paid for sales to existing customers or for self-referrals. Commissions are also not paid on refunded or cancelled orders.

3. Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly via check, PayPal, or other electronic methods, approximately 5 business days after the end of the month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $15 is met.

4. Tracking & Attribution
Affiliate sales are tracked via cookies for 30 days from the customer’s first click. Commissions are only credited if the customer completes their purchase within this period using your affiliate link or coupon code.

5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Capsadyn or make unapproved claims about the product.

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.

• Bid on “Capsadyn” or variations as paid search keywords.

• Impersonate Capsadyn or act as if you are an official representative.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7. Changes to the Program
Chorda Pharma Inc. may update these affiliate program terms or the commission rate at any time, and reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
